Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid which forms an essential part of many people's supplementation regime. It works with L-Histidine to increase Carnosine levels in skeletal muscles, which is a very important peptide involved with muscular biochemistry.
What are the benefits of taking Beta Alanine?
Taking Beta Alanine offers increased muscular and physical performance and can increase exercise capacity. Supplementation with beta-alanine has been shown to increase muscle carnosine concentrations by up to 58 percent in just four weeks, and 80 percent in 10 weeks.
Take 1-2 capsules, 1-2 times daily, max dose 3g per day. Please note this product can cause a tingly/tight skin sensation, do not be alarmed this is perfectly normal.
